Mohammed Kamel Mostafa

How did this guy get through? "Mohammed Kamel Mostafa, son of jailed Islamic cleric Abu Hamza...was convicted of plotting to sabotage economic and tourist sites in Yemen in August 1999, when he was 17-years-old. He has recently been working as a labourer for a company contracted to Tube Lines, one of London Underground's maintenance firms...Bearing in mind what happened on 7/7, he should not have been working on the Underground." At first light soldiers from Alpha Company (A Coy) conduct operations in the Panjwaii District of Kandahar Province as part of Operation MEDUSA. In these harsh conditions the threat of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED’S), small arms fire and Booby traps are a genuine concern.
A Coy is from 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (2PPCLI) based out of CFB Shilo, MB, and is part of the Task Force 3-06 Battle Group (TF 3-06 BG), which is centred around 1st Battalion, The Royal Canadian Regiment based out of CFB Petawawa, ON.
Op MEDUSA was conducted with an aim to clear insurgent forces from the Panjwaii District. TF 3-06 BG was the main manoeuvre unit in Op MEDUSA, which also had significant participation from US, Dutch and UK air and ground forces, as well as the Afghan National Army and the Afghan National Police. Op MEDUSA commenced on 2 September 2006.

Terror financing easier to track
November 01, 2006
TRACKING money used to finance terror activities will be easier after new laws were passed by federal parliament today.
Money laundering is also targeted in the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Bill 2006.
Did Mohammed Kamel Mostafa plot an act of sabotage on economic and touristic sites in Yemen because he was angry about this country's internal or foreign policy?
G'day FC!..great to see your insights at my humble abode...the pics are extraordinary!..As far as Britain is concerned, my friend, they have already accepted dhimm-itude!..great post!
Somebody at MI5 must have been sleeping to let Mostafa work anywhere near the Tubes.
Talk about the cat watching the canary.
Ken Livingstone should be nominated as British dhimmi of the year.
Why in God's name did they elect him as mayor of London?
Anh Khoi Do asked..."Did Mohammed Kamel Mostafa plot an act of sabotage on economic and touristic sites in Yemen because he was angry about this country's internal or foreign policy?"
His father was convicted of inciting murder and race hatred.
Mostafa was sentenced to three years for planning a bombing campaign.
Does it matter if it was because of internal policy or foreign policy?
Neither one justifies an act of terrorism.
fc- i don't condone acts of terror- from anyone. i wish the focus was on global acts of terror- from the western world too- southeast asia, africa and on and on. the folks in darfur are instilling just as much terror as the folks who are fighting against western interests in the middle east. the same could be said for southeast asia. just a thought.
Interesting post and motivating pics...
Makes me want to put the camo's back on and have a rifle issued to me again. :) S/F!
Great pics, and great articles.
I'm getting really, really worried about those Brits.
I cannot believe this guy, with his record and family history is working on the subway?! what the hell?
How did he get through? Drugs are known to make people do things they wouldn't normally do.
Force kills five Palestinian terrorists in the northern Gaza Strip +
That's a better headline than what I heard here on the news...it said Palestinian cilvilians with no mention of them being terrorists; and that's what I suspect. And they way they said it; as if the Israelis just went in to kill them. NO mention of why.
I hate the drive by media!
More great posts cyprus!
Take it easy my good Canadian friend!
FTGF as always!
FTGF!
I see ya scoping things out here woozie. How ya been?
Still using that silly watermelon man I see woozie.
Good to see your'e being a part of the discussion instead of pokin' fun. Hey, your'e entitled. Just don't be bashin' my friend here k?

Anh Khoi Do, western governments have long considered Yemen fertile ground for extremism, and, ever since the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole in Aden port, which killed 19 US servicemen and was claimed by al-Qaeda, the Yemeni Government has been under considerable external pressure to clamp down on extremist elements in the country.
It may have been that "clamp down" that set off Mostafa in "plotting to sabotage economic and tourist sites in Yemen", I'm not sure...however, I do like to read the reasons/excuses terrorists use. I guess at the end of the day, American Crusader is right. The reasons don't matter.
It's still terrorism.
I did no bashing, I simply made a joke.

Hey Wooz, no offense taken! I kinda thought you were making a joke about how easy it is to bribe people...but whatever, I didn't take it as bashing, not at all.
American Crusader...isn't Livingstone nicknamed 'Red Ken' because of his left-wing views? Think so...
Brooke, WomanHonorThyself & Harmony, thanks for stopping by. I'm getting worried about the Brits too...
Bitmo said: "folks who are fighting against western interests in the middle east"
Bitmo, "folks" like Saddam Hussein in Iraq and The Taliban in Afghanistan were not "fighting against western interests"
(from my Saddam post)
Repression, imprisonment, torture, deportation, assassination, and execution. That's how Saddam's regime dealt with the Iraqi people...Saddam's regime was a dictatorship which lacked constitutional legitimacy and real popular base inside the country.
You can replace "Saddam" with "the Islamic Taliban" if you'd like.

I know how you feel...
